The Collaborative Center for Dispute Resolution

The Collaborative Center for Dispute Resolution (CCDR) was established by attorneys Janet Denton, Kate Smith and Chris Cunningham. With over 30 years of mediation experience, we provide the community with a center for mediation and collaborative efforts of all types.
Experienced Problem Solving
From assisting in resolution of a neighborhood dispute, facilitating agreement to terms of a divorce, or guiding an amicable solution to a business issue; our goal is to provide the community with the tools to bring about peaceful resolution to disputes. We firmly believe that once someone has participated in mediation at our center, it has the potential to change the way they resolve conflict in the future.
New Family Solutions
As active family lawyers in Tarrant County, Denton, Smith and Cunningham have witnessed the destructive effect litigation can have on a family or on an individual. We also offer pre-divorce mediation, in which the parties can mediate their differences and come to an amicable solution to the end of their marriage, and decide issues of child custody without the emotional turmoil of going to court.
Giving Back
We also offer pro bono mediation services to the community at large because we are committed to giving back to our community. To apply for our pro bono program, please e-mail us for an application, or contact our office at 817-479-0565 to find out how to apply.
